Review for Hotel De La Placette Barcelonnette:
I stayed in a new-fashioned twin room that was perfect for my dog's bed too. I was very impressed with the central heating, work desk, and flat-screen TV with cable channels. the location is just a short walk to the communal areas and the center, making it convenient for everything you need.

Had a such wonderful stay with my family, we spent 1 night here, everything was great. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly and the owner too. Standard double room for my dog's bed too, had essentials required. Central heating, a flat-screen television, and a writing table were perfect...

Title: Great Stay in the Heart of Barcelonnette!
The only thing missing for us young party-goers was a little more nightlife excitement. We wish there was a bar or a cool hangout spot within the hotel itself.

We stayed at Hotel De La Placette for three nights and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room. It consisted of a double bed and a twin bed, with its own private hallway, toilet, and shower room. The hotel is located in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring. Despite being on a few flights of stairs with windows onto the street, it didn't bother us at all. Another plus was the proximity to a bakery, which meant waking up to the smell of freshly baked goods. The hotelier was friendly and helpful, even assisting us with a change in our plans. The quirky theme of the rooms and communal areas added a unique touch to our stay. a reasonable place to stay in this busy area.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The complimentary Wi-Fi was on fleek, allowing us to upload all our sick skiing videos in no time. And let me tell you, hitting the slopes at Bois Chenu Golf Course was straight fire! The ski storage made it super convenient to stash our gear, and the terrace was perfect for chill hangouts. this spot had us living our best life in the heart of Barcelonnette!
If there's one thing we would ask for, it's a dope party scene for young peeps like us. We were totally craving some lit nightlife options near the hotel.

Stayed at a basic hotel in a "charming" Old Town. Loved the Impeccable room and comfy bed. Owner was so welcoming! Enjoyed a drink on the terrace, and the discounted meals nearby were a hit.
Can't think of a thing, except maybe that the room could have been bigger - not a big deal though!

the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the high Alps. They also have a secure parking garage for motorbikes and cycles, which was a huge plus. the owner was incredibly enthusiastic and spoke excellent English, making me feel welcome. The bathroom was clean, and overall, it was a great base for my trip. Cons: Nothing to mention. 😊.
